🌿 What to Expect

This is a flat and easy route passing mangroves, rusted shipwrecks and even a waterbird refuge. It’s a great chance to move your body, breathe a little deeper and walk alongside other women doing the same. We keep a steady, chat-friendly pace that allows us to enjoy the surroundings and good conversation. There’s no pressure to push hard - just a chance to move, connect and enjoy the moment. Time: 10.00am to 12.00pm

📏 Length: 6.5km loop

This route covers a large part of Bicentennial Park and the Homebush Bay foreshore, winding through mangroves, past rusted shipwrecks, and even a protected waterbird refuge.

💸 Cost: Free!

📍 Meeting Point: Rhodes Foreshore Park

👣 Group Size: Maximum 6 participants

Don’t want to drive? Return transport is available from:

  • St Ives Village Shops

    OR

  • Gordon Station

Cost: $10 per person (return) - pay upon pickup. Kirsty will confirm exact meeting spot.

  • A few dollars if you’d like to stay for a coffee
