Community get-togethers offered for a quick mental reset. These are usually 5–8km walks on easy paths around local parks, lagoons, rivers, beaches or urban streets. With options like a 10am coffee stroll or a 5:30pm sunset walk, the focus stays on easy movement and meaningful connection.
A deeper dive into nature on scenic bush and coastal trails. These walks stay at a "talk-and-walk" pace and usually last between 3 to 4 hours depending on the route and pace of the group. Led by Kirsty, a First-Aid trained guide, these escapes allow the group to focus on the surroundings instead of the map.
Small-group experiences that vary by theme from mindful walks to canoeing to local shopping gems. These are all tied together by nature, movement and social connection. The Seek Sista van handles the transport, making the entire day seamless and stress-free from start to finish.
Beginner-friendly trips like snowshoeing or multi-day hikes. These larger events are led by trusted partner providers and offer special perks just for Seek Sista members who together, wish to try something different.
