

Community get-togethers offered for a quick mental reset. These are usually 5–8km walks on easy paths around local parks, lagoons rivers, beaches or urban streets. The focus stays on easy movement and meaningful connection.
A deeper dive into nature on scenic bush and coastal trails. These walks stay at a "talk-and-walk" pace and usually last between 3 to 4 hours depending on the route and pace of the group. Led by Kirsty, a First-Aid trained guide, these escapes allow the group to focus on the surroundings instead of the map.
Small-group experiences that vary by theme, from mindful walks and canoeing to discovering local shopping gems. Each day is connected through nature, movement and time spent together, and may also include activities led by trusted partner providers who offer special perks for Seek Sista members wanting to try something a little different.
