Join us for FREE easy-going 5–8km walks around Sydney’s North Shore and surrounding suburbs on Wednesdays, 10am-12pm. Enjoy a mix of urban, bush and coastal trails at a friendly, steady pace - with a coffee stop included. These walks are perfect for local women wanting fresh air and gentle exercise. You’ll need to be comfortable walking 5km at a relaxed but steady pace without getting breathless. Groups are small (max 6 Sistas per walk).
