Midweek Walks
These walks are FREE community get-togethers offered for a quick mental reset. They are usually 5–8km walks on easy paths around local parks, lagoons, rivers, beaches or urban streets. With options like a 10am coffee stroll or a 5:30pm sunset walk, the focus stays on easy movement and meaningful connection. They are perfect for women wanting fresh air and gentle exercise. You’ll need to be comfortable walking 5-8kms at a relaxed but steady pace without getting breathless.
