📖 Full Description

The Journey Our day begins at the Vale of Avoca, where the wide-open trails and grassy clearings offer an immediate sense of space. Unlike dense bush tracks, this landscape feels expansive and light, allowing you to settle in and relax from the very first step. We’ll enjoy a scenic, non-technical walk that focuses on the sights and sounds of the bush rather than the intensity of the climb, making it the perfect environment for natural conversation and quiet reflection.

The Stops The heart of our afternoon is a shared picnic. We’ll set up rugs and grazing boards, taking a full hour to simply "be"—no rush, no structure, just good food and great company. Afterward, we’ll make a quick 15-minute hop over to Yarramundi Reserve. Here, we transition from land to water. Under the guidance of our supportive kayak team, we’ll head out onto the calm river for a slow-paced paddle. We’ll time it perfectly to be on the water as the golden light builds, watching the sky transform into a sunset masterpiece before we head home.
