Seek Sista has collaborated with the legends at K7 Adventures for the 2nd year in a row to bring you an ultra-exclusive winter escape. While the retreat hosts a total of 12 women, we have secured a private allocation of just 6 spots specifically for our Seek Sista community.

📖 Full Description

Our journey is built around the magic of snowshoeing—the most accessible way to explore the frozen alpine landscape. Led by the mountain legends at K7 Adventures, you will be guided through ancient snow gum forests and past massive granite tors. This collaboration is designed to take the intimidation out of the backcountry. With snowshoes strapped to your boots, you’ll find you can float across deep drifts and reach places that are usually off-limits, all while surrounded by a supportive group of sistas.

Itinerary

• Day 01: Arrival & Intro Tour. We find our "snow legs" with an introductory tour around the Thredbo basin, focussing on snowshoe techniques and mountain safety.

• Day 02: Summit of Mt Kosciuszko. The ultimate snowshoe trek! We’ll head for the summit, taking plenty of stops to learn about the unique alpine ecosystem while soaking in 360-degree views of the Main Range.

• Day 03: South Ramshead Final Tour. Our final day takes us to the spectacular South Ramshead for a technical but rewarding tour through "The Playgrounds" before descending for our final group celebration.

🎒 What to Bring

• 1.5–2 L Hydration Bladder

• Waterproof snow boots or sturdy hiking boots

• Layered winter clothes (Strictly no jeans; thermals and waterproof shells are best)

• Hat (beanie), sunglasses, goggles & sunscreen

• Small daypack and personal medication

• Any specific personal snacks you can't live without (though all meals are provided!).

  
  

📑 K7 Adventures Cancellation Policy

Please note: This event follows K7 Adventures' specific booking terms.

• More than 90 days from the scheduled departure date: a fee of $600 per person will be charged with the balance payment refunded to you

• Between 90 and 60 days prior to departure: you will be charged 50% of the full trip cost with the balance refunded to you

• Within 60 days of departure: no refund is available
