📖 Full Description

The Morning Journey (Full Experience Sistas) Our day begins early with a comfortable drive in the Seek Sista Shuttle Van, picking up our Full Experience guests along the way. We’ll stop at the beloved Grumpy Baker in Bilpin to grab a morning coffee and watch the mountain mist clear as we head toward the wilderness.

The Main Event: The Lost City Hike & Picnic (All Sistas Welcome!) At 10:00 am, our self-drive "Hike & Lunch Only" Sistas will join the group directly at the Lost City trailhead. Together as one complete sista-hood, Kirsty will lead us on a spectacular 6km return hike winding through ancient sandstone pagodas. Along the way, we will practice 'creative stillness'—learning simple smartphone photography tips to capture the stunning textures of the wild. We’ll wrap up our hike by sharing a fresh, locally made picnic lunch in the heart of nature. At 2:00 pm, our Hike & Lunch guests will head home, feeling grounded and refreshed.

The Afternoon Chapter: Leura Treasures (Full Experience Sistas) For those on the Full Experience, our journey continues via the beautiful village of Leura. The final chapter of our day is spent wandering the vibrant, leaf-lined streets, treasure hunting for pre-loved gems in Leura’s famous vintage boutiques, and sharing a cheeky afternoon sweet treat before the shuttle brings you back to your morning pickup points.

• Return Transport: Stress-free, comfortable return transport in the Seek Sista Shuttle Van from your designated pickup point (St Ives, Gordon Station, or Bilpin) to all locations and back.

• The Bilpin Morning Stop: Curated transit stop at The Grumpy Baker.

• Leura Retail Tour: Hostess service and a curated afternoon itinerary through Leura's best boutique op-shops and hidden retail gems.

• Shuttle Transport: You will need to self-drive to and from the Lost City trailhead (exact pin dropped via text upon booking).

• Morning Café Stop & Leura Tour: Access to the Bilpin morning stop and the afternoon Leura op-shop itinerary is not included in the hike-only ticket.

Kirsty is an experienced outdoor guide who believes the best way to find yourself is to get a little lost in nature. With a sharp eye for photography and a deep love for local mountain gems—from hidden trails to the best op-shop racks—she ensures every Sista Day Out is a supportive, soulful and grounded journey.

📑 Minimum Group Size & Cancellation Policy

• Minimum group: The event will proceed with a minimum of 4 participants (modified to a minimum of 3 for this specific itinerary). If the minimum is not met, Seek Sista will contact you at least 48 hours before the event to offer a full refund or transfer to another date.

• Full refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event.

• 50% refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event.

• No refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event or no-shows.

• Event postponement: If the event is cancelled by Seek Sista due to weather (such as storms or extreme heat), track conditions, or safety concerns, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a new date. All cancellations must be communicated via email to kirsty@seeksista.com.au.
