📖 Full Description
We’ve teamed up with Belinda at Chocolate Fitness to create a flexible, ongoing training space for women who want to feel stronger and more confident on the trails. Because everybody’s fitness journey is different, every session is structured to support mixed fitness levels simultaneously. We alternate our main focus each week so you get a well-rounded mix of hiking preparation:
Trail & Hill Conditioning (Hosted by Kirsty / Seek Sista): We head out onto the Spit to Manly trail for walking paired with targeted hill repeats and stair climbs. Kirsty will guide you through incline techniques, breathing and pacing. You choose how many repeats you do—push your limits or keep it a steady talk-and-walk pace!
Functional Hiking Strength (Hosted by Belinda / Chocolate Fitness): Belinda leads a full-body outdoor workout on the grass at Clontarf Reserve. Focussing on step-up power, core stability, ankle/knee strength and mobility, Belinda provides options for every exercise so beginners and seasoned movers alike get the right level of challenge.
