🥾 Track Grade Breakdown

This 6.3 km out-and-back trail offers a wonderful blend of terrain, combining smooth, wide fire trails with more natural, uneven, and slightly rocky bush tracks. While the overall elevation change is gentle—making the track highly accessible—the varied surface and the 6.3 km distance mean a reasonable level of basic walking fitness is recommended. We will be moving at a slow, soulful pace, ensuring plenty of time to navigate any uneven sections mindfully and enjoy the natural surroundings together.
