🫶 Why You’ll Love This Hike

Our morning begins at the tranquil waters of Clontarf Reserve, where we will gather as a small group to set our intentions for the day. Leaving the world behind, we’ll step onto the trail, winding our way past hidden beaches and through pockets of vibrant Sydney bushland. The trail gently challenges us as we make our way up to the spectacular vantage point of Tania Park on Dobroyd Head. Here, we’ll pause to rest, connect, and sip on a warm brew while soaking in panoramic views across the sparkling harbour. After taking it all in, we will retrace our steps back to Clontarf, enjoying a completely different perspective of the water. We’ll finish our morning feeling grounded, energised and deeply connected. Please note, lunch is not included on this hike, so feel free to pack light snacks to keep your energy up!

👣 Track Grade Breakdown

Grade: Moderate This trail features a well-maintained mix of bush tracks, boardwalks, sand, and paved paths. There is a steady incline as we climb up to Dobroyd Head and Tania Park, which includes some natural stone steps and uneven surfaces. A reasonable level of visual awareness and standard cardio fitness is required. If you can comfortably walk 10km on flat ground and handle a few flights of stairs, you will thrive on this beautiful route.
