🥾 Activity Level

Intermediate

This 10 km one‑way trail from Mount Ku-ring-gai Train Station to Berowra is a scenic half‑day bushwalk through Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, perfect for Sistas with a bit of walking experience and a comfortable level of fitness. It winds through bushland, creekside paths and rainforest gullies with varied scenery including sandstone overhangs and creek crossings. The trail is moderately graded (Grade 3) and features uneven natural surfaces, rocky sections, short steep inclines and a few steps that require attention underfoot. We’ll take the pace at a supportive and social rhythm, with time to pause for photos, snack breaks and to enjoy the natural surrounds before finishing at Berowra Station. Comfortable hiking shoes and hiking poles are a helpful extra for stability on the uneven sections.
