This is a flat and easy route passing mangroves, rusted shipwrecks and even a waterbird refuge. It’s a great chance to move your body, breathe a little deeper and walk alongside other women doing the same. We keep a steady, chat-friendly pace that allows us to enjoy the surroundings and good conversation. There’s no pressure to push hard - just a chance to move, connect and enjoy the moment.

🚗 Getting there

Beginner A flat, accessible loop on paved paths and boardwalks, perfect for a relaxed social stroll.
Grade 1-2 (Easy):
The Path: Mostly flat and very accessible, following wide shared cycleways and well-maintained timber boardwalks.
The Terrain: Smooth concrete and timber surfaces with no uneven bush tracks—perfect for a relaxed "walk and talk" experience.
Elevation: This is a low-impact walk with minimal inclines and no significant hills or stairs.
Fitness: Ideal for all fitness levels, including those looking for a gentle, social stroll with plenty of sea breeze and sunshine.

1.5–2L of water
Comfortable walking shoes with good grip
Lightweight clothing layers
Hiking poles (optional)
Hat, sunscreen & sunglasses
Snack style food (eg. fruit, light sandwich)
A small daypack for your essentials
A mug for your cup of coffee or tea
📑 Cancellations
If you can’t make it, please cancel your RSVP so another participant can take your place. Walks may be rescheduled or cancelled in poor weather.
📝 Waiver Required
Once booked, you will receive a follow-up email containing a link to our digital waiver form. Please ensure this is completed prior to the morning of our walk (waivers are only required once every 12 months). You’ll also receive an invitation to our event WhatsApp group for final coordination, real-time updates, and the chance to connect with your walking buddies before we head off on the walk.
