Midweek Walks

These walks are FREE community get-togethers offered for a quick mental reset. They are usually 5–8km walks on easy paths around local parks, lagoons, rivers, beaches or urban streets. The focus stays on easy movement and meaningful connection. They are perfect for women wanting fresh air and gentle exercise. You’ll need to be comfortable walking 5-8kms at a relaxed but steady pace without getting breathless.
