Social Walks
Enjoy a mix of mostly flat urban, bush and coastal trails at a friendly, steady pace and with a cuppa time included. These walks are FREE for members and perfect for women wanting fresh air and gentle exercise. You’ll need to be comfortable walking 5-8kms at a relaxed but steady pace without getting breathless.
