Brunch Picnic at The Basin ✨

Saturday 5 December, 9:00 AM to 12:45 PM

Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park

Hop on the ferry from Palm Beach to The Basin, a sheltered bay on Pittwater, surrounded by bush. Spread out by the water and enjoy a catered brunch, some friendly trivia and a relaxed vibe.

🎟️ Cost: $30

Includes mini sandwiches, cocktail frittatas, sweet treats and your National Park entry fee.

⛴️ Paid on the day

• Ferry: $21.60 return, bought at Palm Beach Wharf before boarding

• Parking: allow $30 to $40 if you’re driving
  

📍 Meet at Palm Beach Wharf by 8:45 AM for the 9:00 AM ferry. We’ll be back at the wharf by 12:45 PM.

There’s also a 10:00 AM ferry if you’d like a slower start. Check the itinerary below so you don’t miss the main fun.

🧺 Itinerary

• 8:45 AM: Meet at Palm Beach Wharf

• 9:00 AM: Ferry departs

• 9:20 AM: Ferry arrives. Set up the picnic and explore the area (if you like!)

• 10:00 AM: Slower-start ferry departs (arrives 10:20 AM)

• 10:20 AM: Everyone together and brunch is served

• 11:00 AM: Secret Sista business 🤫

• 11:15 AM: Trivia time & prizes

• 11:55 AM: Pack up and walk to the wharf

• 12:20 PM: Return ferry departs

• 12:45 PM: Back at Palm Beach

  
  

Ferries only run once an hour, so please arrive a little early to catch your boat.

🎒 What to bring

• A picnic rug or small folding chair to sit on

• A refillable water bottle

• Sunscreen, a hat and sunnies

• Comfortable shoes

• A light layer for the breeze on the water

• Your card or phone for the ferry ticket and parking

• A camera or phone for photos
