Full Description
Join us for a soulful day of stillness and movement in Royal National Park. We'll begin with a guided forest bathing session, allowing you to slow down, connect with nature, and breathe deeply in a peaceful canopy. A gentle yet mindful 6 km hike follows - spiced with creative photo prompts and reflective stops along the way. Mid-trail, enjoy a beautifully curated picnic lunch, served in a spot that invites lingering, reflection and great conversation. Then, with spirits lifted, head home relaxed, re-centered and connected in the Seek Sista Shuttle Van (if you've opted in).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
What to Bring
• 1.5–2L of water
• Hiking shoes with good grip
• Hiking poles (recommended)
• Hat and sunscreen
• A small daypack for your essentials
• A mug for your cup of coffee or tea
• Smartphone for photos.
Know Before You Go
• The forest floor may be uneven
• We’ll pause frequently for mindfulness and photo exercises
• If the weather is poor, we’ll confirm any changes 24 hours ahead.
Cancellation & Minimum Group Size Policy
Each Sista Day Out requires at least 3 participants to run. We’ll confirm the event 3 days before the scheduled date.
Full refund applies for cancellations made up to 3 days before the event. Cancellations within 3 days or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. If the minimum group size isn’t met, we’ll contact you to reschedule or provide a full refund.

Kirsty Curnow
Kirsty lives in NSW and is an experienced outdoor guide, graphic designer and lifelong adventurer. She is First Aid trained and has over 15 years working in sport and outdoor spaces. After decades of coaching, competing and creating, she launched Seek Sista in 2024 to offer a welcoming, down-to-earth space for women seeking a sense of belonging and a boost of confidence. She’s passionate about helping others reconnect with nature through active experiences.
