This is a flat and easy route passing mangroves, rusted shipwrecks and even a waterbird refuge. It’s a great chance to move your body, breathe a little deeper and walk alongside other women doing the same. We keep a steady, chat-friendly pace that allows us to enjoy the surroundings and good conversation. There’s no pressure to push hard - just a chance to move, connect and enjoy the moment.

📏 Length: 6.5km loop
This route covers a large part of Bicentennial Park and the Homebush Bay foreshore, winding through mangroves, past rusted shipwrecks, and even a protected waterbird refuge.
