Immerse yourself in a peaceful afternoon along the beautiful, winding waters of the Lane Cove River, surrounded by the soothing sounds of local birdlife. This out-and-back trail offers a calm, grounding space to share unhurried steps and genuine conversation with a supportive community of women.

🥾 Track Grade Breakdown
Grade: Easy to moderate. This riverside walk features a mostly clear, well-formed bush track with some gentle ups and downs to keep things interesting. While it keeps a relaxed, steady pace close to the main picnic facilities, the natural trail includes typical outdoor elements like exposed tree roots, uneven dirt and occasional rocky patches. A basic level of everyday fitness is all that is required to enjoy this grounding, scenic route.

📑 Cancellations
If you can’t make it, please cancel your RSVP so another participant can take your place. Walks may be rescheduled or cancelled in poor weather.
📝 Waiver Required
Once booked, you will receive a follow-up email containing a link to our digital waiver form. Please ensure this is completed prior to the morning of our walk (waivers are only required once every 12 months). You’ll also receive an invitation to our event WhatsApp group for final coordination, real-time updates, and the chance to connect with your walking buddies before we head off on the walk.
